Encouraging people to participate in charity activities is not only limited to adults, and sometimes teenagers are also prone to do good deeds and show special abilities in these areas.
Muhaddeh Davoudi is a graduate of international relations in the master’s degree. He is currently working as the head of the “Jihadi Group of Martyr Mehdi Asgari” in Alborz Province. At the beginning of the work, the members of this group were about twenty-four people who worked in deprived areas of the province. They had covered a number of houses and were working spontaneously and voluntarily.
Sometimes, they would refer to offices and institutions to follow up on the work of needy people. In these references, they wanted permission from this group, that’s why they registered the name of the group in the Atlas system in the name of one of the oppressed martyrs of the defenders of Alborz shrine since 2017. From the same year, they started their Jihadi activities in various fields, cultural, educational, entrepreneurship and job creation, construction, etc. Currently, about seventy women and fifty men are working with Mrs. Davoudi and her husband.
A significant part of the members of this group are the treatment staff. Since 2017, they launched the page of the Jihadi group in the virtual space, and many doctors and medical staff and members who wanted to join this group got in touch through this. The order and conditions of the group made every person who comes bring two people with him and thus the jihadi group developed.
In the discussion of home jobs, this group prepared sewing machines and necessary tools for seven female heads of the household who are sewing.
Mrs. Davoudi and his group started working in the field of treatment and medicine since 1400 and once a month they provided services such as dentistry and medicine to the needy by visiting the marginal and underserved areas of Alborz province and outside the province.
When the treatment work started, they realized that people have an urgent need for dental services. Due to the high costs of dentistry, Mrs. Davoudi wrote a letter to the Alavi Foundation and provided two dental units for this group with million Tomans. Now, with the help of donors, the value of their medical facilities has reached more than one and a half billion tomans.
Decision making in the group is collective; In this way, meetings are held after each period, and the permanent members of the group, who are 27 people, make decisions and surveys together about various issues. They consult each other for any work and plan. In this group there are people from 10 to 65 years old. Younger people participate in the discussion of job creation and are considering their empowerment and are learning. Many of these people were not sociable and thrived when they entered into group work.
Like Haniyeh, the daughter of Ms. Dawoodi, who is now 13 years old and has now become a dentist’s assistant and has learned and knows all the dental equipment with them. The first camp that Haniyeh started working on coincided with the Arbaeen camp in the town of Amirul Momineen (AS) and martyr Ruhollah Ajamian was also with the group. Another teenager, who is 16 years old, is responsible for the Qur’an and Atrat and the group’s library, and he does his job well.
The cost of dental materials and medicines that they provide to people is very high, and due to economic problems, public assistance has decreased. Therefore, when they enter an area, they try to cooperate with other jihadist groups or local institutions such as the IRGC municipality and the governorate to cover the expenses. Each camp is held for two to three days, and there are about 90 people in the treatment executive staff.
In 1400, this group was selected as one of the top jihadist groups in the Malik Ashtar Basij festival, and in the Ehsan Smile project of Farman Imam’s executive headquarters, they were also the first group in the dentistry debate. In the same year, during the Arbaeen ceremony, for two weeks in Karbala, the Red Crescent base was run by them at the 1120 square of the procession of Khodam Al-Hussein, and they had about 1,500 to 1,700 visitors per day. Also, in the second year in the 1135 column of the Fadak procession and in the third year in the 907 column of the Hasina procession on the way from Najaf to Karbala, the Red Crescent Hospital will be delivered to the Jihadi group and medical and dental services will be provided to the pilgrims of Imam Hussein.
